Gwynne Road is a residential complex located in Battersea, London. The development consists of 4 blocks containing 100 – 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments over 5 stories. The development contains private and shared ownership, housing association and affordable units. Due to space restrictions water was stored in an underground Pillinger storage tank complete with packaged pump set which delivered boosted cold water to each unit. The heating and ventilation within each apartment was via a NIBE air pump system which used the hot air within the apartment to heat and deliver LTHW via oversized radiators. The development also has a car park area complete with a car stacking system
