Wispers Park is a mixed development retirement village of exceptional standard consisting of independent, assisted and full care living arrangements. Located in Haslemere, Surrey and set in extensive, beautiful landscaped grounds.

The project consisted of 5 Blocks, A,B,C,D & E of 2&3 Stories.

Blocks A & C are an original listed building, which has been refurbished and extended to house the village area; boasting a restaurant, reception, kitchen, library, games room, dining room etc. The extension and part of the listed building hold 54 full care rooms including nurse base, entrance foyer, reception, treatment and storage areas.

Block E is independent living and holds 10. Apartments

Block B is assisted living and holds 27 Apartments with potential for future modifications for increase to 35 Apartments.

Block D is assisted living and holds 20 Apartments.

M&E services to blocks A, B, C & D are fed from central plantroom area within block B on the ground and first floor areas.

M&E services to block E are independent and gas serves combi boilers for the heating and hot water to these Apartments.
